Sweet Things The owner of Sweet Things is Christine Gallant. A classically trained musician with a life long passion for baking, she can be found at the Summerside Farmers Market every Saturday. Her love for baking was nurtured by her mother, a talented baker and cook who always made time and space for her children to learn and experiment in the kitchen. Good butter, pure vanilla and fresh eggs are the foundation of all the sweet things that come out of Christine’s kitchen and her trademark is old fashioned and elegant home baking at its finest.
